How do I upload a logo for custom printing?
Once you have made an enquiry by phone or via our website, we will ask you to email us your chosen logo or text. The artwork/logo that you submit must be of vector quality or an additional charge will apply.
Is there a minimum order for custom-printed items?
With our nurse tabards and other products, there is no minimum order! Whether you need a small quantity for a specific department or a larger order to outfit your entire staff, we can assist with your customisation needs.
How do I clean nurse tabards and reflective armbands?
Armbands are made from PVC-backed nylon and tabards from PU-coated polyester, including the binding. These materials are not suitable for washing but can be wiped down in accordance with hospital infection control guidelines.
How soon will I receive my order?
You should receive orders of stock items within 7 – 10 working days. Custom-printed products require additional manufacturing time, with an average delivery time of 14 – 28 days.
How do I return an order?
Defects should be reported to us and items returned within 7 days. Slight deviations in colour or dimensions cannot be the subject of such a claim. Custom-printed goods cannot be exchanged for alternative sizes once printed.
