At what quantity are discounts available?
For most products, an order of 10 unlocks savings. Refer to individual product pages for more information or contact one of our team to discuss discounts for a specific order.
How soon will I receive my order?
Stock items should be delivered between 7 – 10 working days. Custom-printed items require longer manufacturing times but should be received within 14 – 28 days. Customers ordering online will receive email confirmations when the goods are ordered, invoiced and dispatched.
Do you charge for delivery?
An estimated shipping cost will be calculated when you pay for your order online.
What are your terms and conditions?

How do I return an item?
Defects should be reported to us and items returned within 7 days. Slight deviations in colour or dimensions cannot be the subject of such a claim.
