What does ISO 20471 mean?

ISO 20471 is an international standard that imposes requirements on hi visibility workwear for employees in high-risk areas. Many cheaper imported products do not meet this required reflective standard and should not be used as part of a work uniform.

How long does delivery take?

The Company shall endeavour to meet all agreed delivery dates and deliveries will be made within 5 days (considering normal business hours, i.e. Monday – Friday) as long as the product is in stock but no delivery date is guaranteed and in no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any consequential loss arising to the Buyer as a result of the Company’s failure to delivery on the stated date and the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods ordered nor withhold payment for the reason of the Company’s failure to meet a delivery date.

Do you charge for delivery?

An estimated shipping cost will be calculated when you pay for your order online.

I’ve ordered the wrong size - what should I do?

If you have submitted an order with an incorrect size, call 01926 831584 as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you have 7 days to report any issues and exchange goods. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund custom-printed items.
