Who can use the custom printing service?
Anyone! Any charity, organisation or individual can contact us regarding custom printing. We are officially licensed by Rotary and Lions International and pay royalties accordingly, allowing all associated clubs to use our service.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
Stock items should be received within 7 – 10 working days. Additional time is required for the manufacture of custom-printed items, however, all goods should be received within 14 – 28 days.
Can reflective clothing be washed?
PU-coated polyester and PVC-backed nylon is sponge/wipe clean only. Polyester and polycotton products can be washed at 40 degrees. Non-biological washing powder should be used for custom-printed items.
How do I get in contact?

I made a mistake with my order. What should I do?
If you have made an error, for example submitting an order with the wrong size, call 01926 831584 as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you have 7 days to report any issues and exchange goods. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund custom-printed items.
Is shipping included?
When you place your order online, an estimated shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the number/weight of your items and their destination. This will be provided to you during the checkout process before you make your payment, allowing you to review and confirm the total cost, including shipping fees.
